Some dogs are kept in solitary confinement all their breeding lives. What a miserable existence for man's best friend. These are Carmarthenshire approved breeding establishments known as a puppy farms. Each one given the blessing of Carmarthen council after inspection even though conditions are unfit and breach the Animal Welfare Act.
