I notice a huge difference when I do it. Every exercise you do, you do it to tire yourself out, so your whole body starts shaking.”


Jane strives for a diet high in protein and fiber. “I don’t eat too much starch… I eat mostly chicken, lots of vegetables. We grow a lot of vegetables in the garden organically,” she said. Closer.


“Everything in moderation, which of course is the hardest thing,” she added to Closer about her dietary rules. “Me, I tell myself that I’m on a diet, it never works. Me, I say, ‘OK, I’m going to eat a piece of this cake, but I don’t need all the cake.’

Another essential workout for the star? Pilates. “I do it as often as I can. I have a machine at home but I would say… I’m filming right now, but when I’m not filming and I have time, I do it at least twice once a week,” Jane told Closer.
