Gale is obviously a gorgeous woman. However, she doesn’t always put a lot of emphasis on her looks. She says vogue that she values her inner beauty a lot and likes to get compliments on her personality and other things. “I feel beautiful when I get compliments on things other than my looks; like when people tell me I have a good sense of humor or that I’m a nice person.”
As a model, Gale must have a good skincare routine and she clearly gets good results. She opened up about her skincare tips and tricks in an interview with Vogue, saying, “I am blessed to be born with beautiful skin and hair, so I use Dermalogica Skin Smoothing Cream morning and night after a basic cleanse. My lips tend to get very dry; it doesn’t matter how much water I drink or what lip balm I use, so I use Aloe Lips to keep them soft. When I’m tired or stressed, I spray my face with a mist of vitamin E or rose water, it’s instantly refreshing.”
Gale trains regularly. She tells Vogue that she does a variety of different exercises each week. “I train for one to two and a half hours, six days a week, and I change up the routines, alternating between spinning, boxing, running and jumping rope for cardio. I do a lot of exercises with resistance bands to get my legs and butt in shape and I also do different abdominal exercises.”
Besides working out, Gale also eats quite healthily. She tells Vogue that she likes to cook a lot of her own meals. “Cooking is one of my greatest passions; I cook almost everything I eat. My breakfast is plain yogurt with berries and homemade, unsweetened, wheat-free, gluten-free muesli or a green smoothie. For lunch I eat an undressed chicken or shrimp salad and for dinner I almost always have a salad with some form of protein.”
In an interview with SHE, Gale broke her daily routine, especially her diet and fitness specialties. She says the first thing she does every day is hit the gym. “I started my day quite early with a training session alongside Michael Olajide at Aerospace before breakfast. It’s always the first thing I do in the morning: if I don’t have to work or to travel, I usually go boxing every morning.”
