Crane, like many people, likes to use a box when she hits the gym. However, his box workouts don’t just involve him jumping on and off. In this reel, Crane uses the box for his upper body workout. She balances her feet on the box, puts her hands on a mat and does different exercises. Crane is seen doing mountain climbers, lunges and push-ups. She captioned the reel, “10x each exercise. 1 minute rest. Repeat until you can’t anymore. I did 4 sets.”
Crane’s life can be stressful, however, she has ways to handle it. She revealed in an interview with women fitness what she likes to do when she’s stressed. “I’ve always used exercise to manage stress, nothing clears your mind better. I also meditate in the morning.”
Crane tells Women Fitness that while social media plays a big part in her life, she doesn’t spend time obsessing over it either. “I just think it’s so important to take time and live in the moment, and not create your whole life and mental state around what you look like or what other people look like on Instagram. “, she says. “I’m a firm believer in trusting the praises of life. There’s no point sitting at home sad you’re not on a sandy beach sipping a cocktail, because that just means you have a important trip to learn before you’re ready to be there.”
As a surfer, Crane must spend a lot of time in the water. It can harm her hair. However, Crane’s locks are still gorgeous and healthy, and she tells Women Fitness her secrets. “I always use hair masks, they save my life. My hair gets so dry from surfing and being exposed to salt and sun, so they literally save my life.”
The crane tells Olympic Channel that she started making her workout routines simpler and less intense. She says she now likes to go for walks to stay in shape and clear her head. “I love absolutely nothing more than waking up and taking a walk at sunrise which helps me mentally and physically. It’s small but it makes my day a lot smoother and I have a lot more control over my thought patterns.”
