Miranda is happy with the body she has been blessed with. “I’m not naturally short,” she told Good Housekeeping. “And that’s fine with me, because so many girls come up to me and say, ‘Thank you for being a normal size, it gives us hope that you don’t have to be a size 2 to be someone. ‘a.””
Miranda, an experienced dieter, has found the secret. “I did it [Nutrisystem] for a month, then I got fed up. You are fed up with any diet. I tried everything,” she said women’s health. Then she changed her lifestyle and started eating healthier. “I would literally make grilled chicken breast, sweet potato salad. There was no miracle.” She also eats vegetables, enhanced with flavor. “I like broccoli with cheese and carrots with ranch sauce,” she added. “That’s just how I eat.” She gets her greens with green juice. “So if I don’t eat anything else green that day, I feel like I have my green in it.”
Miranda doesn’t run and she doesn’t walk – she runs-walks. “I hate running,” Miranda told Women’s Health. “Like, in big red letters: I HATE RUNNING.”
Miranda doesn’t pay attention to numbers. “The supposed number of pounds lost…? I don’t even know! As I’ve always said, it’s not about a scale, it’s about how you feel and the fit of your jeans,” said she wrote in an open letter to fans. “I’m proud to be a normal-sized girl, and I want to encourage everyone to be confident regardless of their height.”
Miranda’s husband is her workout buddy. “He does a pity with me and then he does his real run. It’s sad. These days I’m just trying to feel good about myself and I know I’m trying. And if there’s wine and cheese, sometimes I have it,” she said Health.
