Nicole is totally committed to the exercise. “In a typical workout, I would run on the treadmill for about 20 minutes, then try doing squats, sit-ups on the exercise ball, yoga stretches,” she said. For dinner, pasta with rice, meats and vegetables to sushi. When I go for a treat, I love pasta, pizza, I love Mexican with lots of cheese. I love fries, or chips – salt chips and vinegar. In terms of snacks: almonds, coconut water, coconut chunks, baby carrots,” she told Women’s Health.

Nicole wants to allow herself to have fun from time to time. “Don’t deprive yourself of anything because eventually you’ll crave it and then you might binge. Everything in moderation,” she told Women’s Health UK.

Nicole is very open about her mental health issues. She points out that exercise is a great way to keep your head straight. “I travel so much that sweating is so important to me. It’s not just for my physical well-being, but more importantly for my mental well-being. It keeps me centered, focused, strong and refreshed. helps put me in the right frame of mind for my upcoming job. Preparation is key.
