“I don’t even like the word diet. I just try to eat healthy,” Samia said. Express. One thing she likes? I do planks and squats if I can’t find time for something else . I just want to stay toned,” she told Express.
Samia said OK! that after welcoming her second child, her husband helped her get back in shape. “Sylvain came up with an exercise plan because I have no idea. He got me in shape for my return from Corrie. What I really like is that because he’s a skater and a trained athlete, he has different ways of training you,” she says. “Sylvain never pushes me too much. If I don’t want to do it, I don’t. But I always feel better when I exercise.”
