Zara McDermott of the island of love and Made in Chelsea, is on vacation in Ibiza, Spain. She just visited the amazing beaches of the city and made sure to take some pictures. In her latest Instagram post, McDermott posed in a yellow patterned swimsuit. She captioned the post, “before lunch > lunch (best meal we EVER had) > after lunch 😂🙈😝👙 So today we spend the day at Es Torrent!!! A small hidden beach on the southwest coast of the island! It was recommended to me and wow it really didn’t disappoint ✨ We ate lots of fresh fish (we literally had 4 different fish main courses as we wanted to try everything!!). If you like good fresh food this place is a must 😊 especially if you like fish. McDermott decided to live a healthier life. She even created a new Instagram account dedicated to her journey. She said Charm“I have taken on a new challenge to be a healthier and better human being in every way. And for someone who has always struggled to enjoy the gym and also loves 2 chocolate milkshakes (minimum) per day, it was not the easiest walk.”
McDermott revealed on her wellness Instagram that she likes to make green smoothies. She revealed her favorite recipe on this post. “I add a handful of spinach, a handful of kale, apple juice, and a few cubes of mango. Sometimes I add half a banana, or I just take it with the kale, spinach, and juice. apple 🍏 I also add a scoop of this collagen powder for extra goodness.”
McDermott is working with trainer Chris Barker to help him stay in shape. He broke the workout routine he designed for Charm. “I like to schedule full body days, so we work as much as possible on the body, however I’m going to make sure that we can focus on certain areas at the same time, like her buttocks for example, which she wanted me to concentrate.”
In addition to designing his workouts, Barker also designs McDermott’s diet. He tells Glamor that he makes sure McDermott gets enough protein and occasionally changes the amount of carbs she has. “Zara is on a high protein diet; then we reduce her carbs and fats based on how she looks and feels.”
McDermott likes to cook healthy meals. She shares many of her favorite recipes on Instagram. Barker complemented McDermott’s cooking skills at Glamour. “Zara is a great cook, so she’s always been really good with that side of things,” he says. “That’s why she looks as amazing as she does.”
